Lai Sun Dining is a leading hospitality group that operates 19 venues worldwide, with a total of 9-Michelin Stars.

We were tasked with capturing seasonal and signature dishes at 1-star Michelin restaurant Beefbar. We also photographed the restaurant interior as well as portraits for senior members of staff.
